I ordered an xl because most of the reviews said they run small but i feel the leg would have been fine i still wear the xl because they dont fall down but they are definitely loose

They were correct except the band around the bottom of the legs were too big instead of fitting snug around the leg

They fit really well the padding covers all the right areas and they stay down on my legs

The wide band around the bottom of the legs is great the shorts do not ride up at all

I thought the padding would be helpful for that part but the extra thickness makes it uncomfortable
