Pros

Milk thistle is the only empirically proven ingredient to detox and heal the liver. I take it for preventative reasons. It cleanses and help mantain liver in good health. Excellent supplement for liver.

I usually take 2~3 caps a day and this easily lasts 2. It works for me with not a single case of the flu since and my only cold has been due to allergies.

This is the best quality and the most economical milk thistle i have been able to find. Eclectic as always has impeccable quality. Good price and quality.
