Pros
Magnetic pads have good adhesive backings. Each has a peel-off backing to protect the adhesive. The sticky pads are excellent! Used to mount an equally impressive x-sense combination smoke & carbon monoxide alarm detector.
Cons
The adhesion to the back of the nest is not sufficient due to the ridged back. The sticky bit that attaches to the ceiling just does not stay on. Fell off after 2 days damaging alarm.

Just make sure you get the one you want to fix on your wall or ceiling correct because once its on its not coming off

One stuck in place leave adhesive round to et for a couple of hours before attaching smoke monoxide alarm etc

Ill be honest i didnt hold out much hope for these and assumed that my smoke alarms would be crashing to the ground every couple of days however this hasnt been the case at all
