Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a much stronger and abrasion-resistant mesh that i now have absolutely no concerns about. Although it's heavier that the commercially available packs in outdoor stores, it's way more durable that anything you can find.
The pack-top storage compartment is roomy enough for incidentals. It has a side pocket that's large enough to put my ruger 10/22 takedown in. The outside pocket sleeves easily hold my telescoping fishing pole masts or tripods.
This is an amazing pack, and i am so glad i pulled the trigger to buy it. Fantastic quality. I'm glad i did make the purchase as it forced.
Has a little less room than my camel back bfm. It's large enough to accommodate a 2-3 day haul. There are a lot of good reviews on youtube, but it definitely delivers for a 2 day pack.
The radio shelf does a great job of securely holding my radio high up in the pack. The main compartment on this one is excellent and expedites getting what you need out.

Packaging/appearance
The radio shelf does a great job of securely holding my radio high up in the pack instead of slumping down into the bottom of the pack
The amount of external compression straps on the ilbe used to annoy me at times but now i see how useful and vital they are to ... Read More
This is not the case when the bladders are hung in the side pockets

Competitiveness
Other than the bladder issue this is a fivestar product all day long

One must understand that this pack has interior storage equivalent to a small daypack
