Wrist is a tough area to numb but helped more than raw * it. Great for sitting 3-4 hrs for a tattoo. Using to help with tattoo removal.

Cons

Same lidocaine percentage in both products, same active ingredient list. There was still discomfort while getting tattooed. It has zero value for what you pay for and does not work - at all.

Put one heavy coat on two hours ahead cover with plastic wrap repeat one hour later

It last at most for 2 hours no matter how much you coat it on and how long you wrap it
