It can be stepped into and then pulled up until it is at the waistor i wore it above the waist

I got the medium im 114lbs it was snug and not tight which was what i wanted

Womens clothes are so bad about including pockets or they arent big enough for my phone

I can tell this is going to be a lifesaver for travel as well although im sure ill have to empty it at airport security since theres no latch and it would be awkward to pull on and off over the head
