Pros
Performs flawlessly. Unique sway design really peaked my interest. And it is super quiet!
Set up was easy (at the dealer). You have to tighten the bolts down to 260ftlbs or else it will come loose. They give you a wrench to tighten or loosen the sway system at 45ft lbs.
Cons
Packaging looked heavily damaged but appeared unopened. The problem with this design is that the the leverage force of your car and trailer together concentrate at the point of the adjustment bolt.

Placing the hangers on the frame took time as to the right location between 28 to 32 ins from the ball if you are making a sharp turn or have to jackknife the trailer for some reason one of the bars may slip out of the holder if the distance isnt set right

Really you need a torque wrench and mark the setting on your hitch so when you loosen the sway system you can reset it to the marking you made with the wrench they provided

The dealership put mine on and they didn’t torque them on and it slipped from its position

Backed up with it the other day and i didn’t undo the bars seemed like nothing was wrong

Ok so works great on a pickup truck but if you have a suv you need a different hitch bar that is longer and that cost about 120 more and the bar that comes with the kit can not be returned by itself we spent the extra money because this is such a good system but hope the manufacturer could allow you to choose the bar that comes with the kit
