All three had jerky onoff motions when the chain was pulled and two of the three broke within a couple months one had the switch go and the other had the chain break right at the switch where it could not be replaced with another length of chain

The string broke off and got untied after 1 day but i replaced it with metal string from my old light fixture and it works good

I had a friend install it and he had a small problem something with the screw holes but hes not the brightest bulb in the pack so it most likely was him and not the product

The chain never glided well when pulled and it had to be pulled at a certain angle to work

Within a year the chain broke offinside the casing so it was inaccessible and unfixable

I successfully installed this and didnt shock the crap outta myself and im an electricity noob
