Pros
Nice picture and sound going through the hdmi connector to the tv. Only thing i don't like is that it does not seem to have 5ghz wifi, only 2. Ghz wifi. Speed difference is like night and day.
The only weakness is the remote control. The rest works great and the service is impeccable. No complaint so far.
Cons
Annoying issue with external keyboard enter key registering as q. Could not detect my exfat usb drive, but did detect my ntfs usb drive. Tried to reset many time no luck.
This unit is unusable. Complete useless. The menu is just garbage.
The remote barely works with netflix. They just continue to advise on flashing firmware and having an expectation of knowing how to do this. Netflix for example comes preinstalled but cannot be updated because device is not certified.

I was having an issue where i could not forward back stop or pause a video on netflix and amazon prime
