After having the chair for a few months i ran into an issue with the chair bending forward and being unable to sit in it i contacted the seller htqus and received super prompt service along with support and assurances i have never seen from a company let alone an amazon seller selling gaming chairs

They were super prompt and had me send them pictures and video of the issue i figured i would wait a day or two to have them deny my claim and deal with it through amazon but they actually responded within 20 minutes advising me what the problem was and shipped me a replacing chassis piece to correct the issue
