Pros

It is sturdy and will be a very needed accessory on my work desk. It is very sturdy & just what i needed.

This product is very nice. This is how the product was shipped. Which is clever because that means less packaging. Really happy with my purchase despite being skeptical when ordering.

Cons

While it doesn't have very many pieces to assemble the lack of clear directions makes it very frustrating. Some of the dividers fit in the railings just right others barely sit on the edge. The dividers are too narrow and fall right out of the slots!

There were these weird rubber things i still havent figured out what they do they are not listed on the instruction sheet but no screws
