I thought i might have solved the problem by wiping the wheels and nonmetal parts w alcohol at the gitgo but didnt help for long

If you read the reviews this specific set and other sets of reviews youll see that very often the cart comes with parts missing

If your order is fulfilled by amazon your only choice is to return the cart for a refund or return it for a replacement either way youre schlepping a box that is 40 x 22 x 16 back to the post office
