For a week after stopping i did have occasional cravings but they were easy to move past with the info from the book
Been finished with the deadly weed for 16 years as a result of reading it
That is my only criticism of the the book it is clearly selling itself as a wellness selfhelp book with the ez way to quit smoking nonsense
