Pros
Played with it a while to get best use. This eliminates the wide swing when you've load new things. Works great on my chest freezer. Be sure to keep the manual handy.
The alarm is a little quiet, faintly audible in the next room, but is adequate if in the same room. Alarm works 100% of the time. Use adj to set hi alarm. Use alrm to set lo alarm.
The fridge (remote) sensor works perfectly well to tell the temperature of the room it lives in. Listen for the beep that says it's ready. It moves up and down when i open/close the lid, but it doesn't hurt anything.
Cons
Not recommended to buy. Defeats the purpose. Amazon wants me to go through the trouble of shipping it back. This makes it useless for a freezer.
The alarm on this is hardly even audible when you hold it in your hand. The 'alarm' very very quietly beeps three times, then stops. The instructions say the alarm will beep 5 times and then wait for 2 minutes before beeping again.

The main negative is that the directions are incomplete hard to understand and quite useless

I needed a simple and costeffective way to verify my freezer in the garage was working properly
Its a heck of a lot cheaper than a new fridge
Wish it kept a log of minmax temperature but i knew it didnt before i bought it and ones that have that feature are 3x the cost

The instruction given in reviews on amazon made st up fast and easy
Before i got this device i had to check the clock and check every so often to see if hot water had arrived

Got it because my wife kept forgetting to make sure the double doors were closed

Even if we never use it again though i think we will its more than worth it based on the savings of not buying a new fridge

Updates quickly so if you have an empty freezer and throw in a few items it might alarm due to the door being opened or because the freezing items raise the temperature of the rest of it

Not loud enough to trigger a wyze camera sound notification at least not from a few feet away but loud enough that if you are in the room you will notice

The audible alarm isnt super loud but i will hear it out on the garage if the breaker flip or the freezer calls it quits
