It is not waterproof, but that makes it super easy to remove. And it comes off easily with a gentle cleanser. Goes on without clumping - does not flake off once on.

I have rosacea in my eyes and this has worked for me. Doesn't irritate my eyes either. I am soo happy to have finally found this. It works great for dry eye sufferers too!

Cons

Not a very strong product. Just rapped in plastic. That's if you don't already have long lash. Starts to burn my eyes, and makes my eyes become oily.
