The absence of a cord is the standout feature of this lamp shade. They're super renter friendly and truly * light. Coincidentally, this is enough to block the light we need.

Cons

The instructions tell you to use a kitchen knife to cut this with, but doing that completely dulled my knife! This product advertises no tools yet now i need some for drywall repair. Use a proper tool for this.

Just used a little glue. It stays down 99% of the time. Just started malfunctioning. It looks as if the shade was literally never adhered together in the middle.
