It is nice but you have to trim the sides if the window is too short

If you look at the bottom rail you will see that it is strait all the way across on one side but not the other the strait side should face inside the room

The bottom rail is plastic so this annoyed me so much i had to remove remove window molding to have access to cut it away and goo gone to remove what is left behind

You literally just cut them to size about 5 minutes and stick them to the top of the window sill

The one caveat is that if you do not have a wide window sill top they will not work
