Again reading about having no straps and not being 120l this is all hoax straps are there on the bottom compartment and there is zipped closure on the top exactly like all other suitcases on the market no idea why those people who write bad reviews make up stuff like this

I was going to go for a 4 wheel hard case attractive looking but unfortunately they are just not built to last

It arrived promptly but delivery company left it in the shed which is unsecured and concierge would have been better
