Pros
The straps & zips are extremely durable. The only downside is that the straps are quite stiff and not particularly comfy to start with.
Front pocket has plenty of organising compartments and a key hanger. Back pocket has a laptop sleeve. Plenty of room and organised compartments.
Great day pack or general use back pack. The bag expands quite a lot. Only minor thing to point out is that the bag is big.
The grab handle on top has a solid, thick rubbery plastic grip. The side straps pull the bag taut so it’s easier to carry. There are also clips and adjustment straps to compact the bag.
Cons

Very quickly he found with laptop multiple folders pencil case geometry set etc he couldn’t actually close the bag and it was incredibly uncomfortable to carry

It’s very large in capacity and leaves you never wanting storage or searching for you items

The main compartment was ample however i felt that the middle compartment would get neglected and decided to return the item
