Pros

Sooo much easier & superior to old straight solid metal style. Nice stainless steel hoses, even the large 7/8 end is aluminum. No plastic connectors means no cracking and leaking everywhere in 5 years!

Works as advertised. Needed a shorter hose to avoid kicks. This matches the distance it has to cover in my case.

The product is sturdy and durable not cheep n flimsy. It is strong and durable. The price is great which is better than local home depot or lowes.

Cons

After installation this flexible toilet connector leak. The bolt is not symmetrical, rendering it useless.
