Pros & Cons
Pros
Her combinations both of spicing and of ingredients are spot on. Great organization and categories for easy recipe selection. A helpful glossary of pantry ingredients and online suppliers close out the book.
The subtitle of the book, 120 vegan and vegetarian recipes from bangalore to beijing alerts the reading of what awaits them inside. I'm vegan, and it's a very rare thing for me to buy a non-vegan cookbook.
Beautiful pictures. Scrumptious color photos too. Clear instruction. It is fantastic.
Cons
The spine has two black stripes on it of whatever this black stuff is. Too many obscure ingredients. Not worth it.
