I am an experienced finish carpenter and have been in the construction industry for more than 40 yearsthe problem with this product is not the design or quality it is the instructions which are diagrams not written instructions

In the tools needed to complete the installation section fails to indicate the diameter of drill bitsinstructions are extremely vague which may make it virtually impossible for a homeowner to complete the installation
