Im not after huge gains but i have found that having the mix i mentioned above gives me a boost in energy whether i take it before or after exercising or just as a daily energy boost

I mix two scoops of this in a blender with the following 8 huge frozen strawberries one banana one 8oz cup of your favorite yogurt and 1 cup of oj add or substitute any ingredients as you like
