Pros

The bolster pillow is firm and durable and exactly what i needed. The foam is perfect. Very sturdy support but still soft.

It lifts their knees, giving them the needed relief from their low back discomfort while lying down on the massage table. Perfect for massage therapist.

The jumbo size fits the contour of the feet and knees. It fits well in my massage table bag. It is wonderfully stable due to the flat side.

Cons

The cushion is covered in some sort of cheap thin cloth or something. It's better to buy a bolster at a local store so your able to see how thick and durable the cover is. This bolster is hard as a rock.
