The sheet will stop working if normal cleaning methods are used and the washing instructions that come with the product are followed

I found out from someone else who called the company that the sheet should be washed in hot water without detergent

If you use detergent especially eco friendly detergents as i do the oils in the soap interfere with the conductivity of the silver threads

The sheet has such great health benefits but it seems ridiculous that the accompanying washing instructions result in the product not working

They cut off experts that seem to be negating some of the claims they talked as if they were selling you the cure to cancer it just seemed fake
