Pros

It's not a miracle product, but it does work if you use as directed. It literally sloths' dry dead skin off and leave the skin soft. My calluses are normal mom feet calluses, not extreme but my heels do crack sometimes.

Cons

I have visibly dry/dead/flaky skin and it did not come off. It feels like dead skin is peeling right off.

This product is just a scam sorry. And for some odd reason it is not returnable. I normally love this brand, however this is a total scam.
