Pros
I have very sensitive skin and these are very gentle and soothing. They feel very refreshing and my skin under my eyes always looks so smooth afterward. No messy residue or dripping like other similar products.
Cons
Chinese language all over boxes. Not as effective without the collagen. Felt very cooling and relaxing on, but changed nothing of my puffiness. Main purpose was for dark circles and it didnt help.
