Unless there is a sudden drastic change one way or the other frequently its a case of using the product for some time to see if there is any degeneration happening which would have taken place if the product wasnt being used

Ive had this with other makes of supplements the capsules didnt have the two ends properly pushed together and i ended up with powder in the bottle
