Pros

Tastes exactly like butter but minus the animal cruelty associated with dairy. I like my butter a little salter, but it tastes just like regular butter.

This is one of those vegan products that tastes so much like the original you can suprise your omnivore friends when you tell them its vegan. Excellent taste great for vegans.

Excellent for baking, with less water content than the spreadable earth balance in the tub. I wish they had an unsalted version for baking. Just made no-bake cookies last night and used these sticks.

Cons

This one tastes weird. Go for the tub or another brand instead. Too many good vegan options these days to force myself to eat this. Why doesn't whole foods have organic margarine?
