I was pleasantly surprised that it does what it says. While it is overpriced for what it is, nobody else makes something like it. Nice and clean instructions.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and just pinch your nose and gently blow to pop your ears. Received used product, 2 batteries and a small document. The batteries that were included with the unit where corroded.
