The drill is to pinch and squeeze it until it is as thin as a stick put it in your ear canal and wait for it to expand to make a perfect seal

I have small ear canals and have trouble getting normal earplugs to compress enough to get all the way in my ear and actually cancel out any noise

I dont find these to be uncomfortable at all and they stay in my ear the whole night two things i need from my earplugs
