Earol is the perfect replacement. Used regularly with hearing aids it is excellent. This is the one that seems to have solved my wax issues.

Saves the messing or trying to pour olive oil into your ear only for it to all run out. Thanks to the spray, the inflammation clears up without it.

This product is just far too runny and immediately comes straight back out, hence it loses any efficacy whatsoever. Outrageous rip off. Terrible product. Plus, it smells horrendous.

This product has a very effective applicator and fairly clear instructions, but that is all in its favour. Also the nozzle clearly had been used. Get item instead.

My ear is still completely blocked if not more and can’t hear anything apart from squashing from the product. It's not even refillable. They state that it softens and naturally removes ear wax and it doesn't.

This isn't as popular with doctors and healthcare professionals as it used to be. Juts buy some droppers and use regular food grade olive oil.
