Pros & Cons
Pros
One squirt in each ear before swimming is all that's needed. Helps to stop earache. Always got swimmers ear.
A fellow swimmer recommended this after complaining about ear dizziness. I swim 4 to 5 times a week as it aids towards my fitness and back disability. It is fairly effective but i do still feel water in my ears after swimming.
Cons
Awkward container / dossing mechanism. I get eczema inside my ears and water going in makes them itch like crazy and leads to ear infections. I think because we were diving so many times a day it actually trapped the water in the ear.
