I have purchased 3 within on the last year of these 2 from best buy and 1 from apple and the up and down button stop working i only use these for my phone

Rather than a slider volume control it actually controls the phones volume

Many other cheap earbuds can only lower the volume and cant raise it any higher than it is already set on the phone
