Pros
Good quality little camera, battery life lasts for about 30 minutes. Easy to use- no connection issues. Not a bad product - takes some time to understand up from down, etc.
It's like scooping marmite out your ears. Removed about quarter teaspoon and there’s still more. I thjnk all the family's ears ate going to be very clean, haha.
Cons
Design seems a little fishy to me. Not been able to clean or use since. Absolutely rubbish. This gadget is nothing but a fairly useless gadget.
The only medically advised way to do it at home is with olive oil drops and/or with a rubber-bulb syringe. It is so easy to permanently damage your hearing doing so. The amount of damage it could cause is catastrophic.

I woke up with a blocked ear so i ordered this just out of curiosity and i found a load of really old black wax i was going on holiday in three days and was lucky enough to find an audiologist to suction out the wax without this i never would have known and i also have a disgusting video to show friends and family i have also found other family members with impacted wax in their ears that they didn’t know about

It only has one focal length and the operating system system is a bit shonky but i could see well enough in my ears to know what was wrong

I managed to get good images of the ear drum but i imagine people with narrow ear canals may have a bit of difficulty getting the probe far enough into the ear to view the ear drum

I wish the scoop was a little closer to the camera because often it would go out of view and it’s quite hard to see what you’re doing
