I didnt realize the size difference listed was just how big around the ear piece is and i ordered the smaller one

If you have a slightly large head you might order the large size the regular are fine for me a short woman but would not fit anyone with a larger head

Went to big bear and these ear muffs actually worked my ears where warm they didnt slide off or feel uncomfortable
