They are thicker than cone shapes ive tried so they still fill your ear canal with repeated uses

All other earplugs are too thin so they dont fill up enough space in my ear to keep out sound or they are made of a weird wax material that feels heavy

You have to get used to having these in your ears first because it will sound like a tunnel when they are in your ears but i got used to that quickly
