I wear semipermanent hearing aids lyric and now that i have a baby i cant turn them off at night because i need to be able to hear so they are prone to a highpitched whine if i lay directly on my ear

This wakes me up continuously all night and makes me sleep with my neck tense trying to find the percent angle so they wont give feedback

I had to use the extra 1 foam insert and put another thin pillow under it to make it level for my neck

Unfortunately there is no information on the sizes of the ear pockets when you buy and i would have gotten a larger pocket to make it easier to “find it”
