Pros

Strong enough to hold my 100lb bag. Installed a 190 lbs aquabag in the back workout room of my apartment. Spring holds about 600 lbs giving it some added relief from the weight of the bag.

Easy to install and is really sturdy. Makes it fun to be in garage again!

Find the center of your stud and drill a pilot hole 1/2 the diameter. Using a 17 mm socket to secure the bracket in place, the installation is complete. Thick gage bracket is very strong and easy to install.

Cons

Useless out of the box and way over priced for an incomplete product. The locking carabiner is so seized up that it won't even open & close, it sticks in the open positions.
