Pros

It is well made and easy to cut with a razor knife or scissors. Easy to install. Also installed new garage door bottom flashing.

It seems to be well made. Performs well.

This threshold puts just enough barrier to stop most if not all rain storms from dumping water into my porch. Also, no more leaves blowing under the flimsy roll up door bottom seals.

This installed very easily on our epoxy flooring in our garage. Just make sure to * the seal up against the inside of the door jamb. The one thing i do suggest is to get 2 tubes (standard caulking gun size) of adhesive.

Cons

There were no directions included with product. Reading all the faq questions only further confuses. It also has to be glued down, which i'm glad i didn't do before testing it out.
