I followed the instructions and got out several small glasses to put parts into

I then screwed the back on only to find out that the right speaker wasnt working so back off again and checked the speaker connection which was apparently not connected correctly

It works now and so i charged the battery for 2 hours after it indicated 100

I then let it drain completely and then charged it again to 100 to calibrate the battery

It was difficult to remove the battery and install the new one but apple wanted almost 400
