I think and again probably because im short and my feet arent on the floor that the chair even with the tension fully eased is hard to rock back and forth

A plastic part is broken but doesnt make it look bad and doesnt mess with the function of the chair

One part wasnt manufactured correctly and had to melt the hole to be able to fit a screw

Neck pillow was not useful at all however we took the lumbar pillow and attached it to the back for a neck pillow and he loves it
