Pros

I plan on using this just long enough to get my new indoor started plants acclimated to the harsh sun to avoid leaf burn. Just enough shade to protect garden from the 100+ degree days of summer. Would buy again.

Grommets are fantastic, so much easier to fasten the shade cloth. The webbing around the perimeter is very sturdy. The other two provide shade for cars.

Cons

Using a light meter, ppdf and lux register over 80% loss. This item is wrong, it is not 40%, but 70% or darker.
