Pros
This unit works very well to turn on and off, electricly, anything you want to energize at a temperature you select. Using this with a plc to control heat. We set it up to control a ssr which switches ac power to a reptile heat mat.

It does not provide any voltage to the contacts however you can just jumper 12v to one side of the relay k0 and when the relay closes it will provide 12v to your device on k1
