Dyson quality parts at a fair price

Good quality easy purchasing as well as the return if needed

We have the v10 with the standard hard and soft floor head and whilst it did the job on hard floors it also spread some of the bigger bits

Not sure why this attachment does not come with the animal cyclone 10 so great purchase for hard flooring

Packaging/appearance

It’s a genuine dyson product in their packaging clips in as expected and the brush bar spins without any issues

I have used the normal dyson head for 2 years but was advised it woukd scratch the laminate

Competitiveness

Genuine part and cheaper than dyson’s own website

A bit pricey for just a hoover head
