Pros

Easy to install, took about 10 minutes. It fits perfectly. It seems to be working well and real easy to install.

I hope it lasts a long time like the one that came on the vacuum. My vacuum cleaner now works like it's brand new!

Hose is exactly the correct size and make. Added plus, i no longer have gorilla tape patching up the holes in my hose.

Cons

Product has 2 pieces and i don't know how to assemble them, there are no instructions. Nothing about this new hose could be retrofitted for our vacuum. This is not the part advertised and does not have the right connections to fit what i need.

The product was advertised as a genuine dyson product. Then the disappointment. I'm hesitant to buy another. Do not buy from dyson, they are not as reputable.

In the past ive used a thirdparty brand but id found the quality was not up to to dyson standards

The other cheaper aftermarket parts are shorter and won’t fit as well
