It operates whenever i push the power button but the roller brush will not turn even i push the brush roller onoff button next to the power button

The drawback of this dc41 because its full size upright that it is very heavy24lbsthe clear plastic dust holder is very flimsy and cheaper made feeling that its not sturdy like the dc18
