We had to change the height after installing it and it was reasonably easyconsthe headboard kit described in the product description was not in the shipmentwarantee paperwork was not in the shipmentone bed was missing a small power supply but we arent using it anywaythe usb ports are on the side way down in the middle where they are basically useless

Nitpicksthe lumbar support is too high

If i sit real high i can get the lumbar support to fit but unless you keep your feet high also you will skid down to where the lumbar does not work
