Pros
Firmest bed i've ever seen! Knowing there's a lot of moisture changes especially in winter throughout the cabin of the rv. Both of us have bad backs and that cool breeze was a blessing!
Cons
I only laid in it for like 10 minutes and my back already hurts! Without the topper, i now have trouble sleeping due to what feels like pressure point soreness issues. This mattress is not good for side sleepers.
The quality of the mattress is not good. The customer service is the sole reason for star!
Mattress was supposed to come in a box & did not. I have the receipts from ups that show i sent the mattress to the address they gave me which appears to be a fake address in california. Their warranty is bogus and the product is unusable after a ... Read More
When i lay in it, it sinks and the sides sink as well and the bottom of the bed lifts up. I feel sorry for my husband who weighs more than i do and sinks deep into the mattress even though we added a wooden plywood base underneath the mattress.

First off the box was in tuff shape
They say whatever ends well ends well but we did have a confusing issue when the box was delivered
My box was in decent shape considering its travels box damage is not a manufacturers fault per se
