Quality
The quality of this resistance band is very good as it is strong durable stretchy and sturdy
I have used it for the past couple of months on and off and the quality is superb from all aspects
Not sure how it will hold up after a year or two but im hopeful that it will given the quality
Seem to be same quality as ones at the gym
Competitiveness
I use it for assisted pullups and it works excellently
Hoping itll stretch more about some more use
For the resilience part these things stretch insanely far givien the resistance and your strenght yet they stay as good as new
